A home for all web should not be a status-symbol. In times of earthquakes, floods and cyclones such as Katrina, we are all potentially homeless. But in case of emergency it is helpful to own a web-house at a good price to maintain our properties and  digital communication tools in a safe and accessible with free worldwide Internet. In extending welcome to all visitors to the site my concern is to present a very ambitious project.  I have used the said - Beyond the Time - for the simple reason  that it is not designed for short-term period, but that goes over the limits of our daylife (grandchildren future).
This to allow continuity in the design, despite its natural evolution caused by the technology upgrade. There are different objectives and they are addressed to a different audience of users, but all people is invited to get involved by age and interests. We may work together to overcome language and cultural barriers in our own country of residence. What is Internet made for if not the primary gadget to reduce space time barriers? Would you an help to take action now? All right !
